How To Order
For International Order, which Order that comes from overseas area (International), could use several ways to order in our online shopping website ;
- by shopping cart (My Cart)
- by phone order
- via sms
- by fax, and
- email (mail order)
How to order using shopping cart (My Cart);
- Choose the products in its category that you want from our gallery
- If you like and want to buy it, just click ‘Buy'
- If you feel enough in shopping, click ‘checkout' icon in My Cart (Kereta Belanja).
- Please ‘Login' first. If you don't have the account yet, you have to click ‘Register' first to fill your data.
- Confirm the shipping address, and Choose the shipping method
- Confirm the payment method.
- Check the total price amount of your shopping list, and click "Place Order' to end shopping
Bulk/Wholesale (Biq Quantity) Ordering
Batik Alhadi doesn't restrict maximum amount of orders/transactions at all on this online shopping, as well as minimum orders. We also give special price (wholesale price) from buying as a wholesale (big quantity/bulk). We receive wholesale ordering by mail (mail order) or by phone (phone order) and fax ;
- Choose the products that you want from our gallery, than click the pictures or details to get more information about that product (Our product gallery by each category is also as our product catalogue)
- If you want to order of one item (few items) in a big quantity (as a wholesale), you can send email or contact us to get more informations and confirmations of; stock of the products, the prices, the payment method, and the shipping method.
Special Ordering (Uniform)
To satisfy our customers, we serve and provide special order service like making uniforms from one of our product or more and also like making a specific size for a specific item. Of course for that, we have a minimum order and we need some times to fulfill (it takes one or two weeks), especially ordering in a big amount and usually every product has different finishing time of making process.
And of course you will get special prices for ordering in a big quantity.

International Shipping
For internasional shipping you can choose the shipping company by yourself, we will give you few alternatives of shipping agencies for international shipping especially for a big and heavy package. And offcourse if you have your own courier that you would like to use, just let us know. These choices are made for having a lower shipping cost that will charge to you.

Payment Method
And for the payment method, We accept Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and American Dollar (USD) currency only. So, We will give you a confirmation soon after we know the exchange rate according to our selected bank. These are methods that you can choose;
Bank Transfer
Bank tranfer is a very common payment methods available. We have provided dollar accounts for international transaction, so you can use it to make the transferring process faster. We will deliver the products after we confirm that your money is already in our account. It is better for you to let us know that you already transferred the money with confirmation to make the process faster and also to write an order numbers during transferring for our verification. And if you made an order without payment and confirmation before to us, we will cancel the order automatically . And also we cannot guarantee about the prices and stocks before we accept the transfer.

We accept Western Union as our payment method, please contact western union in your town. Using western union as a payment method is very effective and fas, especially for international order. Because it will takes only one hour in transferring the payment. Soon after having the payment, please send us the confirmation and details or information about sender such as; Full Name(Sender), Full Address, Amount money transferred, and offcourse the most important MTCN (Money Tansfer Control Number).
